Alex Tabarrok vs. Jimmy Smith

Globalization, the international political economy, and the Hammond B-3 organ.  One of these things is not like the others…well, obviously.  But one creative blogger is mixing media to bring academic topics closer to the music world, adding rhythm to lecture and lending poetry to the scientific method of our social sciences.  Mashing the now famous TED Talks up with beats he marries economics with jazz, psychology with dub-step, and philosophy with prog-rock.  The idea of science as a creative art has been at the core of progressive programs like Radio Lab for several years, but in one series of posts this kid has nailed it.
